After the deadline the organizers will review all applications, and prioritize applicants with prior experience with ab initio calculations. Applicants are expected to be familiar with the Quantum Espresso and Wannier90 codes, and have experience working in Linux environment.
Women and individuals from underrepresented groups are particularly encouraged to apply.
We will ask accepted participants to contribute a symbolic attendance fee of $10. Participants from low-income countries can request a fee waiver in the application form. Collected fees will be used to award best poster prizes.

In the application page you will be asked to provide a brief motivation statement. In case you are a PhD student, we ask that you upload a brief statement of support from your PhD advisor. In this page you can also indicate whether you are planning to present a poster.
